Community Involvement
Sophie has served on many boards and community agencies in the past and has worked extensively with people diagnosed with serious mental health issues and also with people living on the street. She is available for speaking engagements and has an inspiring story of overcoming her own life obstacles using the strategies she teaches to her clients.
